Refund requests
This policy applies to fees paid directly to ServeMind for eligible learning programs unless different written terms were provided at registration.
Before a program begins
A written cancellation request received before the scheduled program start may be eligible for a refund after deducting any clearly disclosed non-refundable registration, administrative or third-party costs.
After a program begins
Once a program has started or digital materials, platform access or substantial services have been provided, fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing.
Program changes by ServeMind
If ServeMind cancels a paid program and cannot offer a reasonable alternative, eligible fees paid for the cancelled portion will be refunded.
How to request a refund
Email sakkulan@servemind.ai with the learner name, program, payment details and reason for the request. Approved refunds will be returned through an appropriate payment method within a reasonable processing period.
